Phaplu, a charming village in Nepal’s Solukhumbu District, is the launchpad for one of the Himalayas’ most thrilling enduro MTB adventures. Nestled in the foothills of the Everest range, Phaplu offers seamless access to high-altitude trails, Sherpa culture, and panoramic mountain views. Riders can explore ancient monasteries, Buddhist stupas, and traditional villages while navigating rugged terrain.
The region’s dirt roads and forested singletracks are perfect for enduro biking, with jeep shuttles available for efficient uplifts. The crown jewel is the Natrange Trail Centre, Nepal’s first dedicated downhill trail network—hand-built by local legend Tangi Rebours. These steep, technical descents above Phaplu challenge even seasoned riders, offering adrenaline-pumping flow and epic Himalayan backdrops.
Whether you're chasing altitude, culture, or raw terrain, Pikey Peak delivers an unforgettable enduro MTB experience in the shadows of Everest.
